Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and team oriented Training and Support Coordinator to join the Nadrasca Industry team in Nunawading. As a Training and Support Coordinator, you will make a difference to the lives of people living with a disability by ensuring that each supported employee can focus on achieving their own individual goals while developing new work skills. The primary duties of the role include: Undertaking participant training Providing support to participants to ensure successful integration in the work environment Managing the Individual Employment Plan process Maintaining defined areas within the participant database Overseeing the effective implementation of the requirements of the National Standards for Disability Services Undertaking assessments and establishing standards as applicable to the participant Wage Assessment Tool. With strong administrative abilities, exceptional planning and organisation skills, as well as the capability to operate within a fast-paced environment, you will flourish in a hands-on role where every day is different. You are customer focused and can successfully engage people across all levels. Requirements: Certificate IV in Disability Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Experience in the disability field Extensive experience in working alongside people with support needs A positive attitude and outstanding communication skills Full Drivers Licence Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain one as soon as possible) NDIS Worker Screening Check On offer is an attractive salary package including benefits applicable to Not-For-Profit organisations.
